Selling into HR means winning over people who’ve heard it all and are wary of any tool that claims to judge people. We help workplace companies win them over, with brands, websites and film that show what the product does at work.

What we’ve learned
The person who buys a workplace product tends not to be the one who uses it. A head of learning and development signs off training for a whole workforce, a talent lead chooses software that helps decide who gets an interview, and both will hear about it if it lands badly. That’s why so much HR marketing retreats into safe, abstract language, and why so little of it is remembered.
Our workplace work keeps coming back to the person at the desk. For Untapped, we built the website from protopersonas of the buyers it sells to, from a time-poor senior digital leader to a head of learning and development who shops around. For Moonhub, we filmed a training scenario in a headset, with every attempt scored and fed to a live dashboard. For VIVIDA, the whole brand grew from one idea: story.
The person signing the contract wants to see the person it’s for.
Brand strategy and positioning that give your buyer the words to explain you to their leadership team.
For example: VIVIDA, built on one idea, story
UX workshops, sitemaps and page designs shaped by who actually buys, what they need to know and what makes them commit.
For example: the Untapped website and its buyer protopersonas
Brand films, launch pages and social content that let buyers see a product in use before they try it.
For example: Moonhub’s brand film, shot in a darkened hangar

I am so unbelievably happy with this brand. So proud. It’s had a totally transformational effect on my ambition and vision. I’m always cautious when telling people to do something and then telling them to use a vendor. But with Outfly I was 100% confident.
Build the brand around the people who buy it. For Untapped, a workplace coaching company, we ran a UX workshop to create protopersonas of its buyers, from a time-poor senior digital leader to a budget-conscious head of learning and development, and mapped what each needed to know, feel and commit to before we designed a single page of its website.
Yes. For Moonhub, a VR training company, we designed a brand with room for products that didn’t exist yet: each sector gets its own colour and a name taken from the moons of neighbouring planets. Two of those names have since gone to market, Titan for security training and Elara for health and social care, and both still read as Moonhub.
Because one clear idea tends to be easier for buyers to remember and for a growing company to stretch. VIVIDA uses immersive storytelling to make workplace learning stick, and our workshops kept returning to that idea, so story became the basis of the brand, from the logo to the tone of voice, with a palette for each sub brand to carry it into new sectors.
Our HR and workplace work includes Moonhub, a VR training company for employers; VIVIDA, which makes workplace learning immersive; and Untapped, a workplace coaching company built on emotional intelligence and AI, whose identity, custom typeface and website we designed.
