Investors have watched years of greenwashing, and most people still can’t picture how the technology works. We help climate, energy and sustainability companies explain it plainly and back every claim with evidence.

What we’ve learned
Climate companies sell into a market that’s learned to discount the word green. ResGen went to IPO into a world that had grown sceptical of regenerative initiatives after decades of tokenistic greenwashing. When we mapped Omula’s buyers, the project manager who signs off the wall was already asking whether it was another greenwash.
So we take the green out and put the evidence in. Omula’s brief ruled out overkill on green or moss, and its tone of voice swaps eco-friendly and greenify for genuinely sustainable and nature-led, with data behind every product claim. Plastic Energy’s tagline needed no green at all: Recycling plastics that no-one else can.
Every green word you cut makes the claim that’s left easier to believe.
Brand strategy and naming that lead with the process and the proof, not a shade of green.
For example: ResGen, renamed from EcoJanitors ahead of its IPO
Tone of voice guidelines and glossaries that swap eco-friendly for claims your team can back with data.

Identity, 3D product renders, websites and investor campaigns for the moment you need people to back you.
For example: AEM’s brand and website ahead of its Series A

Kudos to you guys & the entire team at Outfly. The support from the team has been overwhelming.
Thank you to all the team at Outfly for being so supportive at every step. Your creativity and vision has really helped bring our brand to life.
Outfly has worked with Plastic Energy, ResGen, Advanced Electric Machines, Omula and HSSMI, across chemical recycling, plastic-to-oil, sustainable electric motors, nature-led building materials and sustainable manufacturing. The work covers positioning, naming, identity, tone of voice, 3D animation, websites and investor campaigns.
Swap green clichés for claims you can prove. The tone of voice guidelines Outfly wrote for Omula replace words like eco-friendly, green and greenify with genuinely sustainable, nature-led and bringing back biodiversity, and ask for scientific proof and data behind every product claim. The brief also ruled out overkill on green or moss.
Show it. For Plastic Energy, Outfly created 3D iconography, technical illustrations and animated films that made chemical recycling easy for anyone to understand, and dwell time on its new website rose tenfold. For ResGen, a 3D film of plastic being removed from a natural scene sat at the centre of its IPO website.
Before its Series A, Advanced Electric Machines had a logo, a basic palette and products that looked as if they were still at concept stage. Outfly built a full visual language, 3D product renders, exploded-view animations and a new website. Since launching them, AEM has secured UK Government backing. In November 2023 it announced a £23 million Series A.
