Property runs on people who rarely sit on the same side of the table, and a brand that wins one tends to lose the other. We help property and construction companies say one clear thing both sides can hear.

What we’ve learned
The hardest brief in this sector is rarely about the product. It’s about who has to agree. Eyrus served owners who wanted a clear view from the top and crews who were wary of anything that felt like big brother. Omula had to convince architects who wanted striking designs and, in our buyer research, a project manager asking whether its living walls were another greenwash. Geve exists because the people a scheme affects can’t read the data behind it, and HS2’s Phase 1 drew around 2,200 formal objections.
One message rarely wins both sides, so we usually give each its own. Eyrus got two sub-brands cut from the same sunburst, Apex for owners and Axon for the workforce. Rescape’s identity had to feel credible to a landlord and exciting to a startup, and Harmony’s moved its buyers from compliance to confidence.
The site and the boardroom need the same truth, told twice.
Brand strategy and naming for businesses that sell to owners and operators, landlords and tenants, at the same time.
For example: Rescape, named and positioned for landlords and founders
Product UI and apps for the people on site as well as the people reading the dashboard.
For example: Eyrus’s Apex and Axon apps
Events, campaigns and lead generation that put a new product in front of the people who specify and buy it.
For example: Auro Door’s launch at Housing 2025

Outfly have been instrumental in helping us reshape The Eighth Door into what it was always meant to be: a platform that cuts through the noise and helps real people in property do real deals. The brand feels elevated, the product strategy is strong, and we’re genuinely excited for what’s next.
You’ve helped us look far beyond the product. What you’ve built is a platform for our entire future direction. It’s more than a door; it’s our next chapter.
Outfly has worked with The Eighth Door, Eyrus, Harmony (now Harmony Auro), Geve, Rescape, Coscape, Omula and MSVF, across construction technology, fire safety, infrastructure, real estate, property investment and nature-led building materials. The work spans naming, brand strategy, identity, apps and platforms, event launches and lead generation campaigns.
Give each user its own story under one brand. Eyrus served owners and project managers who wanted a clear view from the top, and site crews wary of anything that felt like big brother. Outfly created two sub-brands cut from the Eyrus sunburst: Apex for the top-down view and Axon for reporting from the field.
Eyrus’s first paid campaign with Outfly ran on LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and Facebook for six weeks in 2019, sending people to dedicated landing pages. It brought in 84 qualified leads, from superintendents and project managers to vice presidents at US contractors, where the website had previously produced around three leads a month.
Make it something visitors can walk through. At Housing 2025 in Manchester, Outfly launched Harmony’s Auro Door through Seconds from Failure, a two-door installation contrasting outdated passive protection with active intelligence, alongside an interactive dashboard prototype and a branded tunnel space.
