For a book, a film or an event, the hard part starts once it’s made: audiences have more choice than time. We help media and entertainment businesses build a reason to care, and a following that’s waiting when the doors open.

What we’ve learned
Every year in the UK, more than 800,000 manuscripts are sent to just 400 literary agents. Film and events have their own version of that maths, with more work than anyone could watch, read or attend. Making something good gets you in the door, and the brands that break through tend to be the ones that give people something to belong to before the release date.
Libraro is a good example. Its platform runs on blockchain, but the brand leads with people and stories, and a walking book called Libro gives readers someone to connect with long before they think about the technology. Christspiracy took the same instinct further. Rather than head to a streamer, the film set out to build its own following first, with a 3D launch world and a crowdfund campaign written to reach activists, sceptics and the open-minded majority at once.
Make it good, then make it easy to belong to.
Brand strategy, identity and characters that give readers, viewers and delegates something to warm to.
For example: Libro, Libraro’s walking book
3D worlds, social content, crowdfund narratives and paid campaigns that build a following before and after launch.

Sub-brand and event systems that let each series stand on its own while staying recognisably part of the family.
For example: CIOX, CISOX and CDOX for EDS

Outfly is the brand and marketing partner for Libraro, the platform fixing book discoverability, and created its campaign for the Libraro Prize 2026 with Hachette UK. We built the identity, 3D launch world and crowdfund campaign for Christspiracy, the documentary from the team behind Cowspiracy, and the brand and event family for EDS, which connects enterprise technology buyers with sellers.
Lead with people and stories, not technology. For Libraro we mapped the writers, readers and acquiring editors it had to convince, then built an identity that feels like a personal book collection, with warm paper tones, copyeditor’s annotations and Libro, a walking book in round glasses. The blockchain stays in the background, as the reason writers can trust the platform.
Give people a world to step into before the film arrives. For Christspiracy we modernised the wordmark, built one brand system with two palettes for the film and its NFT collection, and created a 3D launch world for the website, Discord and Twitter. For the crowdfund we wrote the narrative and a tone of voice guide, and planned email journeys in HubSpot.
Give each series its own identity inside one family. For EDS, which connects enterprise technology buyers with sellers, we refined the master logo with a pixel detail and built CIOX, CISOX and CDOX for information, security and data leaders. Shared typography and an X mark keep them connected, while category colours tell each audience apart.
